History
ABAB has a long history. In 1924, the Christian Farmers Union of Noord Brabant (Noordbrabantse Christelijke Boerenbond) in the south of the Netherlands, established its own accounting office. It did not take long for the organization to become very important for the Dutch agricultural sector. In 1965, the office became independent. From that moment on, ABAB has also focussed on small and medium sized companies. The foundation form was not altered, and is now one of our distinguishing marks.
Services
The main activities of our enterprise are administrative services, accountancy, tax consultancy and also legal consultancy. Moreover, all our offices offer services to entrepreneurs regarding loan administration, administrative automation, mediation, management consultancy, environment consultancy, financial planning, international consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, social security law and techno-economic consultancy in the agricultural sector.
Procedure
ABAB aims to be an all-round consultant in the fields mentioned above. In order to achieve that goal, our employees work closely together in consultancy teams. This guarantees that questions are dealt with from different specialists? points of view. We are a no-nonsense company, in which hard work and a close contact with our clients are most important. This results in practical advice, in which all relevant specialist fields are taken into account and which can help the entrepreneur to keep his company going strong.

Organizational structureABAB aims to be an enterprise that is close to its clients, which is why we have chosen for a horizontal organization, with sweeping de-central responsibilities. Our board of directors and the staff departments are in the head office in Best. Besides the head office, our enterprise consists of 19 offices, spread over 5 regions.
As a result of the horizontal organization, the communication distances are shorter and the employees have more responsibilities, which guarantees an inspiring working environment and the ability to adapt to the wishes of individual clients and to take chances that arise. All this gives the employees an inspiring working environment with ample possibilities to develop themselves.
